Shipping Policy
Orders ship 1-3 days after full payment is received excluding customized orders. Customized orders are subjected to additional 2-3 days processing time. Unique processing times are indicated in the product description.
Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday - Friday; Holidays and weekends are not included in shipping days.
Shipping methods for the contiguous United States are as follows:
Express Shipping
1-2 Business Days
Delivery by the end of the 2nd business day after an order has shipped. For example, If the order is placed Monday morning and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
Priority Shipping
2-3 Business Days
Delivery by the end of the 3rd business day after the order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday morning and shipped on Wednesday, the expected delivery is Monday of the following week.
Seaka's Kitchen is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by severe weather, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of the purchase.
Returns/Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it or delivery scan recorded by delivery courier, with the exception of food and digital products. To be eligible for return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are NOT accepted for customized items.
A request for exchange must be for an item of equal or lesser value and include description of replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 3-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be required to pay your own shipping for returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
